Responsibilities: Manage outbound orders in WMS system including task management. Monitor and ensure team adherence to operation procedures. Coordinate and communicate effectively across departments. Run required daily reports and coordinate work strategies for all associates. Perform outbound staging and packing in accordance with site policies. Execute ERP system transactions on outbound and inbound shipments. Update FMS for parcel and freight shipments. Learn to use handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders. Maintain inventory accuracy. Handle and control hazardous material on both inbound and outbound. Comply with 5S safety, housekeeping practices, and regulations. Complete all required safety training and follow protocol in all risk situations. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to tasks at hand. Lift up to 75 pounds unassisted. Obtain certification on powered industrial trucks including work assist vehicle (WAV), off the ground order picker (up to 35' off the ground), reach truck, dock stocker, and powered pallet jacks. Create repair RMA's, manage receiving and shipment issues within repair systems. Develop familiarity with a subset of products, processes, operational metrics, and software tools; learn and follow basic work instructions for functional assignments according to productivity and quality standards. Provide input towards continuous improvement, work instruction documentation, and standardization of processes. Resolve basic problems of limited complexity under supervision and perform rudimentary analysis involving limited factors. Perform activities to evaluate and maintain equipment. Create expense orders for internal repair consumption. Service customer products, including evaluating and validating customer complaints, troubleshooting, and contract entitlement. Create work instructions, check sheets, or other process documentation. Train associates in basic work assignments and share information on new learnings. May obtain certification as an emergency responder and in other safety areas. Possess full product knowledge within a subset of product families. Understand Lean Manufacturing concepts. Perform work method analysis and develop best practices. Learn to analyze data from reports for business decisions. Develop accurate work method documentation. Learn basic statistics and apply them to business needs. Demonstrate safety leadership and develop safety initiatives. Support department goals and resource alignment. Develop training content and deliver training to associates. Assist logistics leaders with daily workload management and communication. Work on problems of moderate scope, participate in project teams, and lead projects of moderate impact. Resolve moderately complex problems with analysis of various factors. Interpret and present information to varied audiences. Interact with stakeholders to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with ISO standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum:2+ years of experience in warehouse activities Preferred:High School Diploma or GED, knowledge of international shipping, basic computer literacy, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management systems, ERP, and forklift operation. Full knowledge of policies and procedures, effective communication, basic math, and ability to read a tape measure. Come join the herd!
