Job Title: Site Manager Location: London (first 6 months), Nationwide thereafter Salary: GBP60,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction and fit-out projects, initially based in London for the first six months, with a transition to nationwide travel thereafter. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team working on high-profile retail projects, including Sainsbury s sites. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships. Problem-solve and adapt to changing site conditions and project requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or fit-out projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure. Willingness to travel nationwide after the initial London-based period. Sainsbury s project experience is advantageous but not essential. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Benefits Competitive salary of GBP60,000 per year.
