Our process decontaminates waste fabrics, removes dyes, and separates cotton fibres, creating clean, white material ready for efficient fibre-to-fibre recycling. By reclaiming colours and liberating pure fibres, we reduce contamination risks and maximise recyclability without compromising performance or creativity.Our vision is to unlock textile waste recycling at scale, enabling a future where planet-positive textiles are produced through circular processes and transparent supply chains.Our mission is to scale our innovation and integrate it seamlessly into the global textile supply chain, providing real and simple solutions to reduce the industry’s dependence on virgin material  Qualifications & SkillsMSc or PhD in Chemical Process Engineering (Your first degree must be in process engineering)5+ years of process design experience in a top tier design house or significant experience in R&D process scale-up.Prior experience in design and commissioning of to 1–2 pilot plant builds or scale-up projectsOperational experience within chemical, oil and gas or polymer processing industriesExperience in commissioning pilot plants Experience in powder/textile processing, filtration and slurry handling.Solvent-based process experience.Proficient in first principal process design calculations.Deep understanding of research driven design and ability to communicate with R&D team.Experience in solvent recovery, regeneration and wastewater treatment Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the design and commercial deployment of novel processes from laboratory scale (1-10L) to pilot scale (100-1000L), including detailed characterization of critical process parameters and development of robust operating windows for key unit operationsHands-on operation of the pre-pilot stage phase, working on bench-scale rigs, interpreting data, and iterating the flow sheet alongside the internal R&D team.Create and manage pilot plant design specifications, including equipment selection, facility layout, utilities requirements, and safety considerations specific to chemical/biological processesDeveloping partnerships with contract manufacturers/solvent and feedstock suppliersDevelop project plans, set milestones, and manage resources effectively to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
