We maintain an active presence across Europe, APAC, the Middle East, Africa, and Türkiye.Job Description:Summary: The Office Manager ensures the smooth and professional operation of Intec’s UK office by managing office administration, facilities, and vendor relationships. Acting as the central point of contact for employees, visitors, and service providers, the Office Manager creates an organised, efficient and welcoming workplace environment. This role is key in supporting the leadership team, ensuring compliance with UK policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of office management.Key Responsibilities:Office & Facilities ManagementOversee day-to-day office operations, including procurement of office supplies, stationery and services.Manage contracts with service providers (cleaning, maintenance, utilities, security).Ensure the office environment complies with UK health, safety and workplace regulations.Maintain effective record-keeping and office procedures.Reception & Guest ManagementAct as the first point of contact for the office.Greet visitors and ensure a professional and secure welcome.Manage incoming calls, post and deliveries.Organise meeting rooms, catering and external events.IT & Onboarding SupportCoordinate with global IT team for equipment set-up, access, and troubleshooting.Prepare office workstations and equipment for new starters.Provide office orientation and guidance on local procedures.Support with administrative tasks as requested by the UK MD or Country HR Manager.Travel & CoordinationArrange domestic and international travel for employees, in line with company policy and budget.Support visa applications and travel insurance where required.Finance & ReportingManage office-related budgets and track expenditure.Ensure invoices and purchase orders are raised and processed in line with Finance procedures.Provide reporting on office expenditure and resource use.Workplace Culture & Team SupportFoster a positive and professional office culture.Coordinate staff engagement activities and office events.Act as a point of contact for employees, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently.Qualifications:Essential5+ years’ experience in office management or office coordination.Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.Experience liaising with suppliers and managing office contracts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong IT literacy, including MS Office and experience coordinating IT set-ups.Knowledge of UK workplace and health 'safety standards.Ability to work independently, use initiative and prioritise in a busy environment.DesirableExposure to the renewable energy, engineering, or construction industries.Experience organising staff events and engagement activities.Candidate must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions.Company Values:Customer Orientation: We strive for the highest standards in all our projects and services, ensuring our clients receive the best possible solutions tailored to their needs.Innovation: We embrace new technologies and creative solutions to drive progress in the renewable energy sector, constantly seeking ways to improve and innovate.Adaptability: We are dedicated to creating eco-friendly solutions that minimize environmental impact, adapting to new challenges and opportunities in the industry.Integrity: We conduct our business with honesty, transparency, and respect for all stakeholders, maintaining the highest ethical standards.Sustainability: We believe in the power of teamwork and partnerships to achieve common goals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes sustainable practices.Reliability: We are committed to delivering consistent, dependable results, ensuring our projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.What We Offer:Competitive salary package.28 Annual Leave Days (excluding Bank Holidays)Opportunity to rapidly growing and leading global company in the renewable energy sector.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Professional development and career growth opportunities.The chance to make a significant impact on the future of clean energy.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
