Key Tasks:Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through quality assurance (QA/Service Review) visits, telephone calls, cards, and special events. Liaise with the Care Manager. Implement and maintain good practice initiatives to achieve an "Outstanding" rating in our next CQC Inspection. Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions, brief CAREGivers on Client Journal. Conduct Shadow and Support visits with CAREGivers to maintain high service standards. Undertake CAREGiver observations as required by the Care Certificate. Maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records using Home Instead Software. Contribute to the recruitment of CAREGivers. Participate in on-call services as required. Monitor, mediate, and log both client and CAREGiver activity. Participate in team meetings. Maintain confidentiality at all times for all Home Instead information, including client, CAREGiver, and office data.
