The Role Reporting into the Planning Manager, youll be responsible for creating and maintaining robust supply plans, managing finished goods production schedules, and working closely with co-packers to ensure product launches and customer demand are met. This is a role where detail, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving are key. Key Responsibilities Prepare, issue, and track supply plans to ensure stock availability across EMEA Confirm purchase orders with co-packers, ensuring accuracy of delivery dates, quantities, and BoMs Anticipate and mitigate risks around stock-outs, delays, and obsolescence Support new product launches through effective supply planning and OTIF delivery Manage phase-in/phase-out of SKUs, minimising waste and inventory risk Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters in SAP/APO Run supply reviews with co-packers and evaluate performance against KPIs Conduct root cause analysis on KPIs such as plan compliance, OOS, and inventory turns What Were Looking For 3 years supply planning experience within FMCG or consumer goods Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Advanced Excel and a solid understanding of MRP principles SAP experience desirable Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach to challenges Why Apply?
