Job Role ClearRoute is leading a strategic AI transformation initiative focused on agentic-first development and the creation of scalable, reusable AI primitives. We are seeking a Tech Lead / Solution Architect / Principal Consultant to define and oversee the architecture, guide technical strategy, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact AI solutions in a complex enterprise environment. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, carrying responsibility for maintaining architectural integrity, aligning solutions with enterprise standards, and bridging communication between senior stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Leadership– Define, design, and validate solution architectures for AI primitives and agentic-first systems, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. End-to-End Delivery Oversight– Lead the technical team through the full development lifecycle, from concept and design to production deployment. Strategic AI Use Case Delivery– Drive the technical direction for theAutomated Code Modernisation & Migration Agent , enabling large-scale, automated code transformations. Enterprise Alignment– Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and long-term technology strategies. Stakeholder Engagement– Serve as the key technical liaison between senior leadership and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Innovation & Reusability– Promote the development of foundational, reusable AI primitives to accelerate future use cases.Required Skills & Experience: Proven track record of takingenterprise-scale solutionsfrom concept to live production. Strong background insolution architecturewithin complex, multi-system environments. Experience withAI/ML systems(ideal, though deep expertise not mandatory). Solid understanding ofenterprise integration patternsandmicroservices architecture . Knowledge offinancial services, regulatory, and compliance requirements . Ability to translate business goals intoclear technical specificationsand architectural designs. Demonstrated success insenior stakeholder management . Nice to Have Experience designing and deliveringagentic systemsorautonomous workflows. Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and code transformation solutions.
