You will oversee and lead the private client department, working closely with equity partners across offices in Mayfair, Essex, Surrey, and South London.You will drive the department's future, contribute to strategy and planning, and mentor junior team members. There are prospects for future equity partnership.Your caseload will include high-quality private client work such as wills, probates, estates, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and tax advice. You will be supported but also have autonomy to shape your role and office.Candidate RequirementsPrivate Client Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (no upper limit)Management experience (ideally)Leadership qualities and skillsSalary is negotiable based on experience, with an excellent bonus structure depending on office performance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
