So, you can take on whatever tangles life throws your way.The RoleAs Head of Marketing reporting into the CEO, you’ll oversee a multi-channel approach, from influencer and social campaigns to paid performance and PR within our UK market, as well as supporting our global markets (non-US) in their growth ambitions. In this role you’ll get to:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy aligned with global business objectives and commercial goals.Campaign Development: Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, including digital, social, PR, influencer, retail, and experiential.Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration.Budget Management: Own the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI tracking.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product and Global teams to drive launches, calendar planning & excellent execution.Reporting & Insights: Monitor key business growth indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements.Distributor Marketing Support: Share best practices and campaign learnings across global distributor markets to continuously optimize marketing efforts.What we are looking for in you:7+ years marketing experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.Strong understanding of UK retail and e-commerce landscapes.Demonstrated success in brand building, campaign execution, and team leadership.Proven track record managing marketing budgets and delivering commercial results.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.Experience managing agencies and external partners.Passion for beauty, innovation, and consumer-centric marketing.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Ability to join quickly and make an immediate impact in a contract role.Experience working across Amazon eco-system preferred but not essential.What it means to be part of Tangle Teezer:At Tangle Teezer, being part of our PAC means being Proud, Authentic, and Championing each other every day.Proud: We are passionately proud to do things differently, so we perform brilliantly-just like our hair tools.Authentic: We welcome everyone as they are, we bring our true selves to work and show up as who we want to be.Champion: We are champions of one another, our brand, and our environment.Join us and embrace these values to help create, innovate, and deliver products that people love—together.
