Private Client SolicitorA law firm in Yeovil, Somerset require an experienced private client solicitor to work in a private client team providing a comprehensive private client service to individual clients.A forward thinking private practice law firm, privately owned. The firm has a long history and provides a wide range of legal services to individuals and commercial business, organisations and charities. They work on behalf of many high net worth clients with large assets, land, agricultural land, farms, associated businesses and trusts.The team is Partner led and employs a number of solicitors and legal executives across a number of strategical locations dealing with all aspects of private client law.The Role will be working as part of a team managing a full and varied caseload involving advising, drafting and amending simple form and more complex wills, advising on estate planning such as inheritance tax and trusts, undertaking estate administration, dealing with probate and court of protection.The successful private client solicitor will be dealing with a private client case load and have an empathetic nature, strong client management skills combined with a commercial approach.Excellent communication skills are required .
