Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator located in Warrington. The Estimator will be responsible for calculating cost estimates, preparing budgets, and monitoring project expenditures. Daily tasks include analysing blueprints, specifications, and proposals, budgeting project costs, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients. The Estimator will also be responsible for presenting estimates to clients and negotiating contract terms. Qualifications Experience in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor''s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field Ability to work independently and meet deadlines55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
