Job Description

As aSenior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships. Your focus will be on shaping multi-year digital roadmaps, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring the agency is a proactive partner in delivering long-term client success. Working closely with internal teams, you will translate business challenges into digital solutions that generate measurable impact while ensuring sustainable growth for both the client and the agency. What You'll Be Doing Shaping Strategy:You'll work with clients to design and own multi-year digital roadmaps that deliver on their business goals. Driving Growth:You'll be a key driver of new business, identifying revenue opportunities across accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and innovation. Leading Relationships:You'll be the primary strategic contact for clients, ensuring we're delivering value and positioning our agency as a long-term partner. Monitoring Success:You'll own account performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively addressing any risks to ensure continued growth. Tackling Tenders:You'll lead our responses to tenders andRFPs, crafting compelling proposals that showcase our strategic insight. Building Our Brand:You'll represent the agency at industry events, raising our profile and establishing us as thought leaders. What We're Looking For You must have: A proven track record of creating client digital roadmaps and shaping long-term strategies. You're commercially savvy, with a strong history of identifying and closing growth opportunities. 5+ years inaccount managementorclient services, with at least 3 years at a senior level in a digital agency or consultancy. A deep understanding ofUX,digital transformation, andmarketing. You can confidently discuss technology and its business impact with anyone. You have experience influencing C-suite and senior decision-makers. You've got hands-on experience leading and contributing to successful bids. Your presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills are second to none. You're a natural leader who enjoys mentoring junior team members and fostering a client-first culture. It would be a bonus if you have: Experience with the public sector or regulated industries like finance, healthcare, or government. A track record of securing new contracts and leading successful tenders. You've contributed to industry events, panels, or publications.
