General Description We are looking for a seasoned Snr Pre-sales Architect/Director with strong pre-sales client facing experience to be part of our team in the UK. In this position, you will lead pre-sales engineering across both existing and new clients across a diverse range of industries. Working closely with teams in the UK, EU, Brazil and other countries in Latin America, you will create innovative technology strategies, solutions, and proofs-of-concept to drive a winning narrative in CI&T EMEA. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Understand and translate complex business problems into technology strategies and solutions. Lead the crafting of technical proposals, point of views and pitching those to client stakeholders. Own the technical/solution aspects of RFP responses. Accurately estimate the effort required to deliver each solution. Be prepared to work on site at our clients based in the UK/EMEA when needed, being responsible for building strong technical relationships with Senior and C-level clients and also being able to hand-over those relationships to a Delivery Team at an appropriate time. Assist in identifying further opportunities and developing new business. What we're looking for: Significant experience in a winning pre-sales capacity. An experienced Solution Architect who's built and executed end to end technology strategies across EMEA/Globally.Well versed in bespoke software engineering, COTS, backend, frontend, infrastructure. Substantial exposure to working closely with account and sales teams. The gravitas and experience to be able to present complex solutions to both technical and business stakeholders. A background in software development or similar to give a strong understanding of the SDLC. Previous experience with a consultancy similar to CI&T. Eagerness to work with different technologies and learn every day. Experience with Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google), AI Agent development, LLMs, and Data across Financial Services, Insurance, Media, Pharmaceuticals is a strong benefit. Ability to share your knowledge with other team members. A self-starter able to work independently, but also as part of a larger team.
