An established precision engineering business is looking for a Production Planner to join their Planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing manufacturing environment where performance, technology, and quality come together to deliver for customers worldwide within the Automotive and Motorsport sectors.As the Production Planner , you’ll be responsible for capacity planning across a busy engineering manufacturing facility. Working closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Stores, you’ll ensure delivery deadlines are achievable, and that customer expectations are consistently met. You’ll also play a key role in supporting quality improvement activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every stage of the process.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage day-to-day production jobs through the manufacturing facilityUtilise available plant and resources effectively to maximise efficiencyLiaise with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Stores to meet customer delivery commitmentsSupport smooth operation of ERP planning tools across make-to-order and MRP environmentsSkills & Experience RequiredMinimum 2 years’ experience in a similar engineering/manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of ERP planning tools in both make-to-order and MRP environmentsConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsProficient in PC systems with good IT skillsThis role is working Monday – Friday days paying up to 33k for the right candidate.If the role sounds of interest, click to apply and Kieran Evans will be in contact to discuss the finer details.
