CNC Turner Working Hours:Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 4:00pmFriday: Overtime available at time + ⅓Saturday: Overtime available at time + ½An established and growing precision engineering business in Rugby is looking for a skilled CNC Turner to join their team.The Role:Working on Star and Citizen sliding head lathes, you’ll be responsible for setting, operating, and producing high-precision components. The ability to programme or edit CNC programmes is a strong advantage and will be highly regarded.Key Responsibilities:Set and operate Star & Citizen sliding head CNC turning centresProduce precision components to tight tolerances and engineering drawingsCarry out basic programme edits (full programming preferred)Use measuring equipment to perform quality checksWork independently and manage workload effectivelyIdeal Candidate:Experienced CNC Turner with sliding head knowledgeComfortable working on Star and/or Citizen machineryAble to read technical drawings and use inspection equipmentReliable, self-motivated and quality-focusedIf you are an experienced CNC Turner looking to join a busy and progressive engineering team in Rugby, we’d like to hear from you.Contact me at
