Utilize your expertise to interrogate, analyze, and interpret complex ePACT2 prescribing data, generating reports and recommendations for medicines optimization workstreams. Responsibilities Contribute to the development and delivery of patient medication change programs. Investigate and advise GP practices on additional prescribing actions for cost-effective practices. Analyze and interpret complex ePACT2 prescribing data, generating reports for medicines optimization. Participate in the development and implementation of ICB medicines optimization policies and guidelines. Provide advice, support, and training to colleagues for assessing and improving prescribing processes. Act as an antimicrobial guardian to reduce inappropriate prescribing.
