Base pay rangeCollections Advisor Job Salary:up to £30,000 PA 26 days holiday + your birthday off (increases to 30 with service) 10% discretionary bonus (based on personal and company performance) Vitality Health cover Must have previous collections experience. Our client is looking for someone who can engage with customers over the phone, support them through financial difficulties, and help bring accounts up to date — all while ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations.
