Project Architect at Multidisciplinary Design Studio – Central LondonA respected, award-winning studio in Central London is seeking a technically accomplished Project Architect to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of commercial retrofit projects, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in delivery stages and enjoys working in a collaborative, design-led environment.You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary practice known for its thoughtful approach to sustainability, adaptive reuse, and urban regeneration. The studio offers flexible working arrangements and a supportive culture that values professional development and technical excellence.Responsibilities:Lead and deliver commercial retrofit projects through RIBA stages 4 and 5Coordinate technical packages using advanced Revit workflowsLiaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveryOversee site inspections and manage construction queriesContribute to QA processes and maintain drawing standardsSkills Required:Strong proficiency in Revit, including BIM coordination and detailingProven experience in delivery stages, particularly on retrofit or commercial schemesExcellent communication and team leadership skillsARB registered or equivalent qualificationRight to work in the UK – no visa sponsorship availableBenefits:Salary between £38,000 and £48,000 depending on experienceHybrid working Access to CPD sessions, mentoring, and career progression pathwaysInclusive and collaborative studio cultureCentral location with excellent transport linksIf you’re ready to take ownership of impactful retrofit projects and grow within a forward-thinking studio, we’d love to hear from you.
