Their work is recognized for its creativity, attention to detail, and ability to respond to the needs of its users while contributing to the built environment in a meaningful way.The RoleOur client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Receptionist to join the team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by supporting the Studio Manager. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.Key DutiesGreeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswering, screening, and directing phone calls and emailsManaging the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all timesHandling incoming and outgoing post and deliveriesScheduling and coordinating appointments and meetingsMaintaining accurate records, logs, and filing systemsAssisting with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and document preparationSupporting colleagues and other departments with ad hoc tasks as requiredMonitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessaryEnsuring visitors follow sign-in procedures and security protocolsEssential RequirementsGCSEs in English and MathsSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working as receptionist, front of house, customer service, administrator or other office-based roleExcellent communication skillsNon-Essential but Advantageous RequirementsInterest in the architecture and design worldExperience working in an office environment is a plusSalary: £27,000-£29,000Location: London (5 days in-office)Benefits: Private healthcare, socials, wellbeing benefits, collaborative team and discretionary annual bonus.Start-date: ASAPAt Harmonic, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
