Overview:A highly successful and well-established Private Equity firm based in the heart of the West End is looking for a bright, polished, and personable Receptionist / Office & H&S Coordinator to join their welcoming front of house team.This is an exciting and dynamic role where you'll be the face of the business, providing exceptional service to clients, visitors, and senior stakeholders. You’ll work closely with a second receptionist and the wider admin team to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmthMaintain a tidy, organised, and well-presented reception area in line with the company’s imageAnswer and manage incoming calls, transferring or taking messages as appropriateOversee incoming/outgoing post, deliveries, and courier bookingsCoordinate meeting room bookings, AV setup, and resolve any calendar conflictsLiaise with the catering team to arrange refreshments and support on-site board dinnersOrder and manage office stationery, supplies, and binding/printing needsAct as main point of contact for building management on repairs and maintenanceTake on Fire Warden and First Aider responsibilities; lead on Health & Safety matters in the officeMaintain and update Health & Safety policies, procedures, and equipmentManage offsite storage and confidential waste servicesCoordinate with external providers (e.g., florists, cleaners, newspaper suppliers)Provide ad hoc admin support to the Head of Internal Operations and across the businessCandidate Requirements:Previous front of house/reception experience in a corporate or professional environmentExceptionally well-presented, friendly, and approachableStrong communication skills (verbal and written), with confidence in dealing with senior stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamProficient in Microsoft Office, especially OutlookHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage shifting prioritiesCalm, solutions-focused, and composed under pressureDiscreet and trustworthy, with a strong sense of professionalismDetail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and follow-throughPerks & Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageFriendly and inclusive team cultureCentral West End location in beautiful officesOpportunity to be part of a highly respected and dynamic PE firmIf you’re an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, polished environment – we’d love to hear from you!
