This is your chance to take a senior role in shaping high-performing digital experiences for entrepreneurial clients, combining creativity with analytical expertise.The Role: As CRO Manager, you’ll lead the charge on optimising client websites, campaigns, and digital products to drive measurable growth. You’ll blend data, strategy, and design insight to identify friction points, generate hypotheses, and deliver meaningful, tangible improvements. Coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) is a bonus but not essential; what matters most is your ability to analyse, strategise, and lead testing initiatives.What You’ll Do:Develop and lead CRO strategies and roadmaps across a variety of entrepreneurial clients.Analyse user behaviour, benchmark against competitors, and identify opportunities to improve conversion and experience.Translate research insights into actionable plans, wireframes, or prototypes.Collaborate closely with performance, creative, brand, and tech teams to ensure optimisation insights feed into wider campaigns.Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.Maintain dashboards and reporting to showcase uplift, business impact, and test results.Stay up-to-date with CRO trends, UX best practices, and psychological principles of persuasion.What You’ll Bring:Proven experience leading A/B and multivariate tests.Strong understanding of user-centred design, conversion theory, and behavioural analytics.Experience with tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, or similar.Ability to prioritise testing ideas and present strategic rationale.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to turn complex data into clear insights.Collaborative mindset, able to challenge assumptions and champion evidence-based change.Bonus: familiarity with coding, Git, or advanced web frameworks is a plus.The Benefits:Hybrid role in BrightonFour-day working week – Fridays off!Unlimited annual leave.10% annual bonus based on performance.£45,000–£55,000 salary depending on experience.Work alongside experts in brand, marketing, and technology.Be part of a bold, energetic, irreverent, and highly supportive team.Important: Our Client is unable to offer visa sponsorship, so applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
