Job Title: Client Liaison OfficerResponsible to: Client Relationship ManagerInterfaces with: Clients, Prospects, PCA colleagues, Suppliers/VendorsLocation: Exchange Quay, ManchesterSalary: £35,000 - £40,000paMain purpose: To provide the highest quality service and to consistently exceed our client’s expectations.We are looking for an individual with great attention to detail, a keen eye, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to join Phillips & Cohen Associates (PCA) as a Client Liaison Officer. This role works in a hybrid model between our Call Centre office(s) and at home. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the Consumer Credit Regulatory framework, be self-motivated, and possess strong relationship-building skills. A background in audit management or client relationship roles is preferred.Overall Responsibilities / Key Tasks:Pre-Audit Preparation – Complete questionnaires and RFIs within varying timeframes to meet audit deadlines.Audit Management – Serve as the subject matter expert for all audit elements, always ensuring full compliance and readiness.Client Communication – Act as the primary contact for clients, coordinating requests and facilitating discussions with internal departments.Service Level Agreements (SLAs) – Review client agreements and communications to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.Audit Remediation – Oversee the completion and follow-up of any corrective actions arising from audits or performance meetings.Regulatory Compliance – Analyze PCA’s adherence to UK regulations, including FCA, OFGEM, OFWAT, OFCOM, and ICO guidelines, as well as CSA policies and client requirements.Requirements:Strong written and verbal communication skills with a highly professional image.Good knowledge of the Consumer Credit Regulatory framework.Flexible and ability to prioritise workload according to challenging deadlines.Self-motivated and able to manage multiple client interactions effectively.Experience in audit management or client relationship roles.A consistent professional approach to all tasks Education and Experience:A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.A background in audit management / client relationship roles is strongly preferredWorking knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the financial industryWhat's in it for you?Working hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pmHybrid Office Based and WFH Secure reserved car parking spaces available31 days of annual leave, which includes 8 bank holidays.Healthcare Scheme* Company pension plan* Life Assurance* Cycle2work and Electric Car schemes** There is a qualifying period for these benefits.
