Role: Account Coordinator – French speaking marketLocation: London (weekly business trips to Paris)Contract: 6 monthsSalary: £25 p/hr / £4333 p/monthAs an Account Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for the company’s French-speaking clients, demonstrating exceptional communication skills. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams including marketing, sales, and product development to deliver a seamless client experience and drive brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the cosmetics market, excellent organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and will be fluent in French and in English. Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of services and products to clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and clients, highlighting project progress and insights based on client feedback.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the cosmetics industry, helping to inform clients’ strategies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases, ensuring all information is accessible and organized.Requirements:Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is essential.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in account management or coordination, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.The role requires weekly business trips to Paris********* Please submit your resume in English.
