A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Student Immigration Advisor to provide expert advice and support on UK student immigration matters. This role is working within a longstanding-established institution, and will focus specifically on Student Sponsorship, Child Student and Student visa routes.Key Responsibilities:Advising education institutions and schools on the legal requirements of student sponsorship.Drafting and reviewing visa applications, Certificates of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), covering letters, and supporting documentation.Collating and reviewing client evidence to support applications.Researching, analysing, and applying UK immigration law and Home Office guidance.Monitoring case progress and providing timely updates to clients.Keeping up to date with Home Office policy changes and immigration developments.Supporting senior staff with legal enquiries and wider organisational matters.Maintaining accurate case records, reporting on task progression, and managing administrative duties as required.Candidate Requirements:Essential:Demonstrable experience of advising on UK immigration law, specifically in relation to Student Sponsorship, Child Student and Student visa routes.Experience advising educational institutions.Desirable:Strong organisational, communication, and client-care skills.Either a valid SRA Practising Certificate or OISC accreditation.Previous exposure to safeguarding lawThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to take on a rewarding and challenging position, with the chance to make a real impact in the education sector.
