Business Systems Analyst | Hybrid / Chorley | Car Scheme or Allowance We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our client’s IT team and play a key role in improving how technology supports the business. You’ll bridge the gap between IT and business teams, ensuring systems are well designed, effectively implemented and fully supported for optimal user performance.You will have experience supporting ERP systems such as COINS, Dynamics, SAP, etc and ideally a good understanding of financial modules / systems.Role/Responsibilities:Lead and deliver IT change projects using Agile methodologyGather, document and analyse business requirementsManage stakeholders, risks and progress reportingDevelop business cases and technical specificationsConfigure systems, run tests and support implementationsProvide user support, documentation and trainingPromote system efficiency and escalate issues when needed Required Experience:Previous experience in a similar Business / Systems Analyst roleExperience supporting ERP/business systems, such as COINS, Syrinx, Dynamics, SAP, Sage etcKnowledge of Finance systems / processes is beneficialExcellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skillsExperience in system support, change delivery and report writingAbility to engage stakeholders at all levelsPackage:Competitive salaryCar allowance or schemeHybrid – 3x a week in ChorleyPensionHealth insuranceOngoing training and development plans
