About the Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Store Manager to drive performance and customer experience in our Location store. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Profit Growth Maximize turnover and profitability through strong commercial awareness. Customer Experience Lead from the front to deliver outstanding service. Staff Training & Development Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team. Visual Merchandising Ensure the store is presented to the highest standard. Stock & Inventory Management Oversee stock levels to optimize availability and minimize shrinkage. Security & Loss Prevention Maintain store security and reduce stock loss. What Were Looking For: We need a proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. If you have a proven track record in store management, excellent commercial acumen, and strong team leadership skills, wed love to hear from you! Ideal Candidate: Retail Store Management Experience Preferably in outdoor, sports, or fashion retail. Commercial & KPI Focused Ability to analyse sales data and respond effectively.
