The role is open to qualifiedOccupational Therapists, Social Workers, or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs)with leadership experience in mental health hospital settings. The Deputy Manager will: Lead a multidisciplinary team. Champion adult safeguarding. Drive recovery-focused care. Support service users in achieving personal goals and reintegration into the community. What We’re Looking For: Experience supervising and managing teams. Background in mental health hospital settings. Strong leadership and communication skills.
