As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategically important projects that significantly impact the UK's National Security. You should have familiarity with or eagerness to work within the cyber domain and be comfortable bridging the gap between customer and QinetiQ offices. Day-to-day, you will manage and deliver projects effectively within agreed baselines, develop customer relationships, secure follow-on sales, support major bids, and contribute to overall strategy and business targets. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining positive engagement with project customers, partners, and suppliers Successfully delivering project outcomes Maintaining forecasts, including financial and resource demand signals Applying governance requirements for sales and delivery work Reporting progress on all accountabilities to the Business Essential experience for the Senior Project Manager includes: Previous experience working with National Security customers Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, PMs, and subcontractors with strong communication skills Proven track record in delivering complex technical projects under demanding timescales, uncertainty, and risk Experience managing internal teams and external partnerships to meet contractual requirements, with demonstrable capability to APM PMQ or equivalent Applicants should hold DV clearance QinetiQ values diversity and welcomes candidates from varied backgrounds and educational experiences, provided they meet the experience requirements and demonstrate willingness to learn.
