Senior Technical Consultant - Copilot (AI Practice) – Remote-first (UK-based)Are you a seasoned technical consultant with a passion for AI and Microsoft technologies? We’re working with a leading cloud consultancy that’s seeking a Senior Technical Consultant - Copilot to help shape and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with clients, influence strategy, and showcase the latest AI capabilities - all within a flexible, remote-first working environment.You’ll be at the forefront of AI innovation, guiding clients through the adoption and rollout of Copilot technologies. You’ll also contribute to internal strategy and help shape how AI is presented and delivered across the business.Responsibilities:Leading client engagements focused on M365 Copilot and Copilot StudioDesigning and deploying AI solutions tailored to business needsCollaborating on AI strategy with senior leadershipScoping and creating proposals for client projectsConducting user and data analysis to identify high-value use casesCreating demos and internal showcases of Copilot capabilitiesProviding mentorship and technical leadership to junior consultantsSupporting Microsoft partnership activities and training sessionsRequirements:Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related technologiesStrong understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineeringFamiliarity with Azure services and cloud ecosystemsExcellent communication and presentation skillsA passion for mentoring and developing engineering talentExperience with distributed systems and incident responseBenefits:Flexible remote working Competitive salary25 days holiday Private health insurance (after 1 year)Enhanced parental leaveAnd morePlease Note: This is a permanent role for UK residents only.
