Demand Planner – Drinks Manufacturing Location: West Lothian Salary: Up to £42,000 + benefitsAlexander Steele is delighted to be partnering with a leading drinks manufacturing business in West Lothian as they look to appoint a Demand Planner to join their supply chain team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, innovative business within the drinks industry, offering a competitive salary and great career progression.Key Responsibilities:Own the demand planning process, creating accurate forecasts to support production and sales.Analyse historical data, market trends, and customer insights to improve forecast accuracy.Work closely with commercial, supply chain, and production teams to ensure supply meets demand.Manage inventory levels effectively, minimising waste while maintaining high service levels.Support the implementation and improvement of planning systems and processes.Prepare regular reports and provide insights to senior management.The Candidate:Previous experience in demand planning, supply chain, or forecasting (FMCG industry experience desirable).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.Proficient in Excel and planning systems (SAP or similar would be advantageous).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work to tight deadlines.What’s on Offer:Competitive salary up to £42,000 (DOE)Excellent company benefitsThe opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing drinks manufacturer with a supportive culture and career progression opportunities
