IT Business Partner (Fixed-term Contract)We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner for a fixed-term contract of 6 months, starting immediately. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within one of London's most innovative local government organisations, supporting the Change and Innovation, Finance, and Chief Executive departments, while collaborating closely with Member Services. You will play a key role in scoping new requirements for systems that enhance our corporate services. Your expertise will help shape and deliver transformative digital solutions that streamline processes and improve service delivery. Key Responsibilities:Partner with departments to identify and define business change requirements. Ensure feasibility and alignment with IT governance and standards. Support the delivery of digital and change programmes across both councils. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Champion the use of AI solutions and automation to drive efficiency. Essential Skills and Experience:Proven experience in business partnering within IT, ideally in the public sector. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications. Skilled in process improvement and automation. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and documentation skills. Track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
