You’ll act as a liaison between business, implementation, and technology teams, and contribute to a globally structured onboarding team—Business Onboarding and Transitions (BOaT)—based in London, England and supporting global Alpha clients.Why this role is important to usThis Role Directly Supports State Street’s Strategic GoalsGrow the Core by onboarding Alpha Clients. Expand the Core by implementing scalable solutions across the Alpha platform.As aRecon Middle Office Implementation Specialist , you’ll participate in due diligence, solution design, onboarding, and post-go-live activities for multiple client implementations—often simultaneously.What You Will Be Responsible ForAs a Middle Office Recon Onboarding Implementation Specialist, you will:Support large projects and lead smaller initiatives to meet program milestones. Manage communications, risks, and issue resolution with stakeholders and sponsors. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools for tracking. Support client relationships, anticipate needs, and serve as a secondary contact. Present ideas clearly and address objections effectively. Collaborate across teams to share best practices and improve client migration capabilities. Create and review process diagrams to represent systems and dependencies. Streamline workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Build effective networks and navigate a large, global organization. Experience with reconciliation tools and industry knowledge is a plus.
