I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives.Duties And ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Commis Waiter/ess, I will support Food & Beverage Management and assume responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:Be responsible for food expedition management in collaboration with kitchen. Supervise all food timing during service hours including allergy and special requirements, ensure smooth delivery to guest table. Ensure proper set up before service and SOP updated for execution for all services set up of the Kitchen pass. Review bookings and plan for the smooth department operation during shift. Take guest orders from any food & beverage outlet. Provide exceptional service at all times following standards and steps of service. Greet guests on arrival and conduct welcome and check-in procedures in an efficient and friendly manner. Answer outlet telephone courteously and efficiently. Inspect condition and cleanliness of menus and wine list, ensure designated amounts are available, and update menus or wine lists as changes occur. Work with an empathetic attitude and if there is any problem which cannot be handled, must contact Management. Maintain the guest recognition program, taking special care with food likes and dislikes and allergies or special dietary requests. Communicate guest feedback, inquiries, and comments. Follow up with management Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B day to day activities. Have good knowledge of all F&B outlets opening hours. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene. Hospitality diploma/degreefrom a recognized hospitality school is preferred. Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including MICROS/point of sell platforms. I have knowledge of hotel policies on discounts/food promotion. I am familiar with Food and Beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory. Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.All candidates must hold the right to work in the UK to be considered.
