You will need to be an experienced Registered Nurse or Registered Paramedic with experience of palliative care or other relevant experience. This is a busy but rewarding role working in a supportive team with a strong team spirit, the ideal candidate will be capable of autonomous decision making in the community, possessing good communication skills, excellent care values putting the patient first responding to urgent calls for symptom management whilst collaborating with other hospice services, carers, and community partners.These Exciting Opportunities Offering a More Flexible Approach To Working, To Fit Around Your Lifestyle And Provide That All-important Work-life Balance.
