You’ll work closely with departments across the business to create compelling visual narratives for bids, proposals and RFPs that win projects.Key responsibilities include:Designing high-quality, cohesive, winning bids and presentations. Collaborating with business development and client-facing teams to ensure complex client needs are translated into bespoke, digestible design solutions. Utilising your expertise in layout, typography, and branding to elevate our bid submissions, including collaborating with marketing to translate our brand into a suite of templates and stock assets.Key requirements include:Proven experience in graphic design in a bids / proposals context, ideally within architecture. A portfolio that showcases your ability to turn complex information into visually engaging designs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365 (including PowerPoint) and other relevant design software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.About The StudioOur Putney studio, which is also our EMEA Headquarters, is located on the banks of the River Thames, a short walk from Putney High Street and with excellent travel connections.
