Your role and responsibilities: Investigate claims with varying levels of severity. Analyze data from internal systems; propose remedial actions based on findings; produce investigation documentation. Manage assigned cases and close investigations, ensuring quality and SLAs are met. Collaborate with business partners across DSP Management, Corporate ER teams, Legal, PR, 3rd Party Vendors, Audit, and Compliance. About the team: The Amazon Logistics EU Deliver Service Partners (DSP) and Amazon Partner Escalations Team handle initiatives addressing workplace escalations involving Amazon Partners and employees. Our team provides strategies to improve and enhance the experience for Drivers and DSP stakeholders, while safeguarding customer satisfaction. The Investigations Manager conducts critical incident investigations and helps standardize internal processes. The Amazon Partner Escalations process ensures fair treatment of Drivers and employees, contributing to reactive case handling and proactive incident mitigation. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Fluent in English Experience with Excel, data analysis, and reporting Stakeholder management experience in medium to large organizations Preferred Qualifications: Additional EU languages or Arabic Project management experience Process improvement experience Risk/incident management experience with simple to medium investigations SQL, scripting, or coding skills (a plus) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity.
