Paediatric Critical Care Outreach NurseWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Children's Paediatric Critical Care Outreach Nurse to join our established team. Our Paediatric Critical Care Unit (PCCU) provides Level 3 ICU and High dependency care for seriously ill children from East London and beyond. We also serve as an on-take service for the North Thames Children's Acute Transport Service (CATS), with nurses rotating through CATS shifts. Additionally, we have a dedicated remit to assess and escalate deteriorating patients within paediatric wards. The role involves developing the critical care outreach service, advancing nursing practice, and supporting the expansion of the PCCU network. The successful applicant will have: Registered Children's Nurse Post Graduate Qualification in Intensive Care Nursing or Emergency Medicine Substantial experience in Critical Care/Emergency Department Evidence of change management skills We offer leadership development opportunities and support for continuous professional development through relevant courses.
