Together, youll craft and deliver strategies that fuel our growth ambitions and raise the profile of Digital Transformation's propositions and capabilities in its target sectors.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, inspire and develop the marketing team, setting a clear vision for marketing within Digital Transformation (DT). Drive DT's marketing strategy in collaboration with growth and leadership teams, focusing on lead generation, brand positioning, and market impact. Plan, execute, and refine DT's marketing strategy to meet sales pipeline goals, enhance profile, and elevate client experiences. Manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI and achieve sales pipeline goals, providing strategic recommendations for future investments. Design, develop, and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, overseeing content strategy and leading social media strategy implementation. Lead and steer impactful in-person and online events that support our client engagement and lead-generation strategies. Assess event outcomes and gather feedback to continually improve our event strategy. Define and create the digital campaign strategy and execution for the brand and propositions. Lead the website strategy and execution, managing continuous improvements to maximise sales opportunities from the website. Regularly monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to keep us on track to meet our business objectives, and negotiating with partners and agencies to secure the best value, focusing on driving measurable results.About YouEssential ExperienceAdaptability, flexibility, positivity, and a strong customer orientation Proven leadership in B2B marketing, ideally with public sector exposure. Expertise in designing and executing marketing strategies for lead generation, strengthening client relationships, and reinforcing buying decisions. Experience in planning and executing events. Digital native with strong digital marketing and multi-channel social media experience. Excellent organisation, project management, and attention to detail. Creative thinking and excellent stakeholder management skills to engage, influence, and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Proficient in using marketing automation tools, content management systems, and CRM platforms, with a preference for experience in Salesforce, HubSpot and Umbraco.
