Location:London and surrounding regionsSalary:£48,000 £50,000 DOEContract Type:Full-time, PermanentSentra Care is partnering with a growing specialist provider of complex homecareto recruit an Onboarding Nurse a crucial clinical role driving the safe mobilisation of new care packages across the community.Youll act as the bridge between commercial teams, commissioners, and clinical servicesensuring packages are assessed, staffed, and implemented safely and efficiently.
