Assistant to Harvesting Manager required to work from Holme-on-Spalding-Moor YO43 Type of Work: Supporting the Harvesting Manager in managing mushroom harvesting operations, staff planning, training, and ensuring quality and compliance. Shift Patterns: 5 out of 7 days to suit business needs. Weekend work required during peak periods. Pay Rates 35,000 40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Overtime available during peak periods Requirements All applicants must have experience in mushroom harvesting or fresh produce, ideally with supervisory experience. Example: All applicants must have mushroom picking experience and strong people management skills.
