Duties Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through various channels, including social media management and job boards. Engage with potential candidates, conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate their suitability for specific roles. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft. Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to foster trust and ensure satisfaction throughout the recruitment process. Utilise HRIS tools to manage candidate data effectively and streamline recruitment workflows. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other innovative methods to expand your client base. Provide regular updates to clients on candidate progress and market trends in human resources. Skills Proficient in lead generation techniques and relationship management strategies. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and candidates alike. Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage. Knowledge of human resources practices and principles is essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
