We are seeking a dynamicRegional Operations Managerto oversee a group offour childrens homesin Wiltshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or Regional Manager looking to step into a senior leadership role with a forward-thinking provider. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic operational leadership across four residential homes. Hold Responsible Individual status and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations. Drive quality and commercial performance to achieve best outcomes for young people. Lead safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Build strong relationships with local authorities and external stakeholders. Support and develop high-performing teams across the region. Be present and visible within services to support staff and young people. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding childrens home. Strong understanding of Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards. Proven strategic leadership and operational management experience. Commercial awareness and ability to balance quality with financial performance. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childrens Services (desirable but not essential).
