At SMarter Recruitment , we are expanding our care division and looking for a confident, proactive Recruitment Consultant to build and manage a desk within the care sector. Youll be responsible for both business development and candidate delivery, working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow a care recruitment desk with a mix of temp and perm vacancies Build and maintain strong relationships with care providers across the region Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound activity Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates in line with client expectations Deliver a consultative, compliant, and solution-led service to both clients and candidates Manage the full 360 recruitment process from lead generation to placement About You: Proven experience in recruitment is essential ideally within the health or care sector A strong understanding of both the sales and delivery aspects of 360 recruitment Confident, articulate, and professional in communication Driven by results, with a proactive and commercially focused mindset Highly organised, able to manage a busy desk and prioritise effectively What Youll Receive: 27,000 30,000 depending on experience Uncapped commission structure 23 days annual leave, rising to 25 with service, plus bank holidays and your birthday off Structured onboarding, training, and long-term career development Autonomy and support to grow your desk with full backing from leadership A professional, performance-led culture that rewards effort and impact TPBN1_UKTJ
