Family Law Solicitor required - Private Based in Hertfordshire area - easy connections from North & North East London Free Parking Salary around 55,000 p.a. to 65,000 p.a. neg. Ideally full-time but happy to consider part-time or flexible hours Dealing with all Private Family Law matters Usual office hours are 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch Fantastic law firm based in Hertfordshire are looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor who has at least 5 years PQE dealing with Private Family Law matters. The role will involve working closely with the Managing Partner of the firm with the aim of taking over some or eventually all of her caseload and client base which includes some high net worth clients. She has been working as a Family Law Solicitor for almost 40 years and would like to take a step back from managing a very busy caseload and focus on managing the firm. Training and support offered. Family Solicitor role to include but not limited to: Divorce, judicial separation, separation agreements, dissolution of civil partnerships, arrangements for children and finances, pre and post nuptial agreements, protection from domestic violence and Schedule 1 Children Act applications, andcohabitation agreements.
