Job Title: Mobile Light Goods Vehicle (LGV) Mechanic Location: Mobile role, reporting to Workshop Manager Salary: 37,000 - 42,000 per annum Hours: 45 hours per week Neos Engineering are partnered with a leading infrastructure services provider delivering essential projects across the UK. The Role We are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile LGV Mechanic to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, inspecting, and maintaining LGV vehicles to the highest standards. You will carry out necessary repairs promptly, safely, and effectively, ensuring the fleet operates efficiently. Accurate completion of paperwork and digital records is essential. You will also support the wider plant team in meeting planned maintenance schedules. Your work will directly contribute to sustainable infrastructure development across the UK. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have: Several years' experience in a similar LGV mechanic or vehicle technician role NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification A full, clean valid driving licence MOT qualification (desirable but not essential) Confidence using technology to record and track work You will be self-motivated, safety-focused, and committed to delivering work of the highest quality.
