About the Role As the HR & Training Coordinator, youll take the lead in organising and delivering high-quality training initiatives across the organisation. From coordinating in-person sessions to managing the digital learning platforms. You will work closely with managers to identify learning needs, collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging content and keep the training systems running smoothly and up to date. Training & Development Coordinate internal training events and manage logistics end-to-end Maintain and develop the digital learning systems, ensuring theyre engaging and user-friendly Collaborate with subject matter experts to create or adapt relevant training materials Track training completion, gather feedback and continuously improve delivery HR Support Provide professional, day-to-day support to managers and employees across a range of HR queries Help maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR processes Contribute to the smooth delivery of onboarding, policy updates and general people support What Were Looking For A strong interest in learning and development, with experience coordinating training or learning systems Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Confident using digital systems and tools to support training delivery A team player with great communication skills and a people-first mindset Previous HR experience is helpful but not essential if you bring a strong training focus TPBN1_UKTJ
