TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to appointa Maintenance Surveyor on a 3 MONTH CONTRACT Responsibilities include: Liaising between clients customers and contractors Responding to reactive maintenance issues in a timely manner Obtaining specialist information and reports Managing budgets and ensuring value for money Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation Maintaining statistical and financial records Planning, organising, overseeing and managing, scheduled maintenance contracts and projects Creating maintenance procedures Supervising contractors and assessing their performance Post inspecting completed works to ensure they are to the correct standard and compliance Providing budget costs and estimates for the replacement of mechanical plant and equipment Carry out site visits and surveys Analysing work sheets and reports and assessing their validity. The role will cover the areas of Surrey, East & West Sussex, Kent, South, South West London & South East London.
