Do you want to be part of an expanding, innovative market disruptor?  A rare opportunity is here for several passionate and dedicated Global Immigration Case Managers to join our client’s fast-growing team – a team that defines the future of global mobility.These roles involve working directly with clients to manage, prepare and submit a healthy caseload of immigration applications to authorities, whilst ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.However, we’re specifically targeting those individuals who see themselves sustaining and eventually furthering their current careers within the global mobility space. The ability to offer ideas, think laterally, and who are genuinely excited to be a part of an innovative, and expanding industry disruptor.As one of our successful candidates, your key responsibilities will include:Ensuring timely, accurate case completion as per SLAs and internal quality standardsCoordinating and scheduling calls, consultations, and client interviewsDelivering outstanding client service through clear, professional communication and proactive case managementEnsuring and maintaining compliance in your assigned countries in accordance with relevant immigration laws, regulations, operational rules, and RACIAssess right-to-work requirements and process related administrative tasks.Liaison with local providers to complete immigration assessmentsAuditing, maintaining, and updating internal and external mobility-related knowledge in collaboration with stakeholdersCoordinating the full mobility lifecycle for non-nationals, including work authorisation checks, visa processing, renewals, and cancellationsEnsuring the quality of mobility operations in assigned countriesWorking on special projects as assignedTo be considered for one of these opportunities, you must possess the following:Min of two years of business immigration experience, either as a Paralegal, or Global Case MgrAn additional 1+ year of experience in a law firm, corporate, or high-growth startup environmentStrong written, critical-reasoning, and verbal communication skillsExcellent client service skills, via email, phone, and video with the ability to apply initiative to anticipate client needs and address them in advanceExcellent organizational skills in order to effectively multi-task, and prioritize cases whilst keeping all stakeholders updated accordinglyStrong initiative combined with your passion for working within global mobilityExcellent attention to detail and an overall commitment to deliver quality serviceIn return, you’ll be rewarded with a company culture of forward-motion, and employee care whilst helping to redefine global mobility, utilizing AI tools, plus legal expertise.
