Please only apply if you have actual experience working in a residential Children's Home and a Level 3 in Health and Social Care We are a 3 bedroom children's home in Greenford (between Greenford and Southall station), seeking an experienced part-time of full-time Deputy Children's Home Manager, we are happy to also consider an experienced Children's Home Support Worker looking for a step up in their career. You must have a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as a minimum and experience in a residential childrens home, for part-time it would be around 25 hours a week, over 3 days and full-time would be 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. The role will be patterns (to be discussed), sometimes you may need to be flexible to work other hours, salary up to 34,000 per annum for full time hours . Requirements Experience as a Deputy Childrens Home Manager or Senior Support worker in a Childrens Home - essential Level 3 in Health and Social Care essential You can get to Greenford / Southall station area easily. Understanding of policies, procedures , risk assessments, Ofsted. Confident with paperwork, managing petty cash.
