Working closely with our Aviation Sector Director and a talented multi-disciplinary team, you will help shape the future of airport design and delivery.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and wants to make a real difference in the aviation sector.What You Will Be DoingLeading the Gatwick Framework account, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standardsBuilding strong, trusted relationships with airport stakeholders and identifying new opportunities for collaborationSupporting the development and execution of our aviation business strategyCoordinating project teams and resources to ensure seamless deliveryActing as the key point of contact for clients, representing BakerHicks with professionalism and insightLeading the preparation of winning bids and tenders, with a sharp focus on value, innovation, and client needsWhat You BringA degree or equivalent in a relevant technical or operational disciplineChartered status with a professional body is preferredSignificant experience in project delivery within construction or civil engineering, ideally in an aviation settingA strong understanding of design stages across disciplinesA proven track record in business development and account managementExperience working in the Aviation sector on construction or civil engineering projects a plus otherwise experience working on frameworks for other projects within construction or civil engineering will be requiredWhere You Will Be BasedYou will be onsite at Gatwick Airport three days a week, with occasional travel to BakerHicks offices as needed.Many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance.
